It’s a full day of fun at Lake Dardanelle State Park! Here’s the Saturday, October 24 lineup:

8:30 AM — Morning Bird Walk: rise and shine for a walk in search of visiting birds — no experience needed.

10:00 AM — Stories on the Lawn: story time and a craft for nature lovers under 5.

11:30 AM — What’s for Lunch?: a fun, quick interpreter program the whole family can enjoy.

2:00–6:00 PM — Dutch Oven Outdoor Cooking Workshop: a hands-on classic — $25 per person, space limited (registration was due October 17 via the Visitor Center, 479-967-5516). Meet at the Russellville pavilion, wear closed-toed shoes, and come hungry!

3:00 PM — Letterboxing: learn the centuries-old treasure hunt that needs only a journal, a stamp, clues, and a compass.

See you at the park!
