One Hour Track Run
January 24, 2027 @ 1:30 pm - 4:15 pm
$30
How far can you run in one hour? Find out at the One Hour Track Run on Sunday, January 24, 2027, at Russellville High School! Hosted by the River Valley Runners, this Grand Prix Championship Event kicks off the 2027 Grand Prix season on a standard 400-meter track — very flat, with aid stations every quarter mile. Two heats keep the track comfortable: runners under a 9:00/mile pace run from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., and runners over a 9:00/mile pace run from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. This Russellville tradition was first held in 1983, and chili with all the fixin’s will be provided. Registration is $30 and ends January 22, 2027; day-of registration is $40. Lace up and chase that hour!
