According to an affidavit, Crouch was in the emergency room in late September when she allegedly became aggressive toward staff. As staff members attempted to help her into bed, Crouch allegedly began threatening them and attempting to bite them.
Investigators say she kicked a nurse in the chest with enough force to break a metal pin attached to the nurse’s lanyard.
Crouch was arrested Oct. 7, and her bond was set at $500 cash. She was released after making bond on Oct. 9.
Shawn Paul Fisk, 48, was charged Oct. 29 with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree assault following an August disturbance at a Russellville apartment.
According to a probable cause affidavit, a woman told Russellville police she was attacked by Veronica Lynn Steadman at an apartment on East 16th Street on Aug. 13.
The woman, who told police she was six weeks pregnant, said she had invited Steadman over to lend her money but changed her mind. She told investigators Steadman attacked her after she refused to provide the money.
The woman reported blacking out during the altercation and was unable to recall exactly how she received bruises on her arm.
According to the affidavit, Fisk kicked in the apartment door while the alleged assault was taking place but did not physically touch the woman. Investigators documented damage to the door frame.
Prosecutors identified Fisk as a principal and accomplice with Steadman. A judge found probable cause for an arrest warrant on Oct. 28.
Steadman was previously charged with criminal mischief, harassment and second-degree assault , all misdemeanors, on Sept. 9 related to the same incident.

According to a probable cause affidavit, a man told Pope County deputies he was moving out after being evicted by Earnest when an argument broke out on Highway 27 on Oct. 1.
An argument between Earnest and the former tenants allegedly ended with Earnest pushing a woman to the ground and punching the man.
Investigators documented two small cuts on the man’s face, swelling around his left cheekbone and an injury to his chest. The woman had bruising developing on her left hand where she said Earnest grabbed her.
Earnest was arrested without incident later that day and his bond was set at $1,000 cash. He was released after making bond on Oct. 2.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Johnson’s brother told Russellville police that Johnson had pointed a gun at him at a residence on South El Paso Avenue on Oct. 21.
The brother also told police a 3-year-old girl was inside the home.
During the investigation, officers located a Ruger Max-9 handgun hidden at the top of a bedroom closet. The firearm was seized as evidence.
Investigators learned Johnson had previous felony convictions, making it illegal for him to possess a firearm.
Prosecutors filed charges of possession of a firearm by certain persons, aggravated assault on a family or household member and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
Johnson was arrested Oct. 21, and his bond was set at $2,500 cash.

The boy’s grandmother called 911 to report the incident, but Cannimore had left the residence before deputies arrived. Cannimore was located the following morning outside a Burger King on North Arkansas Avenue in Russellville, where police arrested him.
Prosecutors charged Cannimore with aggravated assault on a family or household member involving strangulation. The criminal information also identifies him as a habitual offender with two prior felony convictions.
Cannimore’s bond was set at $2,500 cash only.
Jacob Dewell Jenkins, 35, of Russellville, was charged Oct. 29 with residential burglary, first-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree criminal mischief and driving on a suspended license after allegedly forcing his way into a home where a 14-year-old girl was alone.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the girl’s mother told Pope County deputies that Jenkins had entered the home on Fields Street on Sept. 29 while her daughter was home alone.
The 14-year-old told deputies Jenkins was demanding to know where some of his belongings were. When she said she didn’t know, he began hitting and kicking the door and cursing, she said.
The mother, who was on the phone with her daughter during the incident, told investigators Jenkins had threatened to “burn her house down” and “come for her entire family.” She said Jenkins had not been at the residence since July and had been told to stay away from her and her children.
Investigators said Jenkins damaged the entry door’s hinges to gain access to the home and punched dents into the door.
Jenkins left before deputies arrived, but an officer spotted his vehicle leaving the area and conducted a traffic stop.
Jenkins is charged as a habitual offender based on nine prior felony convictions.
Jenkins’ bond was set at $3,000 cash only.
Latroy Stewart, 19, was charged Oct. 29 with possession of a firearm by certain persons and aggravated assault on a family or household member after allegedly pointing a gun at his brother during a disturbance at Shadow Lake Apartments on July 20.

Investigators learned Stewart was on felony probation and conducted a search of the apartment. Two bedrooms could not initially be searched, including a locked room belonging to Stewart’s mother.
Police obtained a search warrant after learning Stewart had previously told probation officers he used his mother’s room when she was away. Inside a closet, investigators found a Glock 23 handgun equipped with a light and laser attachment and an extended magazine. Stewart’s Arkansas identification card was also found in the room.
According to the affidavit, Stewart had a previous violent felony conviction involving a firearm, making his possession of a firearm a Class B felony.
